Shipping & Delivery
It normally takes 1 to 2 business days to ship out the order. However, some products on our site are on demand from our vendors and may take longer to ship. 

The carriers used to ship our products are the UPS (United Parcel Service) and US Postal Service. Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.) By entering the name of Country, State/Province and zip/postal code, you can obtain a shipping quote for the items you have placed in the shopping cart. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

 Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight and dimensions of the total order. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Third Day, or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Some heavy or oddly shaped items must be shipped alone via a freight trucking company. Usually, Oversized Items arrive in 7-14 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven full business days. (An estimate of when a product leaves the warehouse is indicated on the Product Detail page.) Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Because this is a larger and heavier item, it can only be sent via ground freight; therefore, we cannot offer expedited shipping. Your item is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item and carry it inside. The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. 

The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery. 

The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly. When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps: 

Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. The delivery person should also sign the slip and leave a copy for your records. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. 

The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay if the item ships alone. An order containing multiple items typically receives a volume-shipping discount and therefore your total shipping and handling cost may be lower than the sum of individual ship charges appearing in your cart. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout.

Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited.

Tracking Your Order:
Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when processed in the system and are then orders are updated on our website to reflect the tracking number, along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders placed on www.muqueemsports.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package. In these rare instances, Your Order History on www.muqueemsports.com will not offer tracking information, but will still offer order status and other details. Read the information provided below on this page to learn the difference between tracking information and the order status.

Privacy & Security
We use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. 

We have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction that you make with www.muqueemsports.com. Should any unauthorized charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with www.thesportsauthority.com, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Credit card numbers stored in our database are encrypted for your protection. This data appears as illegible characters and is not stored as clear text.

If the bank that issued your MasterCard supports SecureCode, you may be prompted to enter your password or to sign up for MasterCard SecureCode as you check out. www.muqueemsports.com supports Verified by Visa (VbV), a security technology that authenticates your Visa card and ensures that only the authorized cardholder is placing the order. If the bank that issued your Visa card supports VbV, you may be prompted to enter your password or to sign up for VbV as you check out. You can also activate your current card now. 

Returns & Replacements
Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) that you’ve received, you may return the item(s) within 30 days. Please note that we will only accept goods that have not been used and in their original packaging and tags. 

We reserve the right to reject any goods received in unsatisfactory condition and will apply shipping charges for having to reship the goods back to the customer. 

Upon receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition, we will apply a credit to your account or refund the amount. Shipping charges in this case, is the responsibility of the customer.

If, for instance, your dissatisfaction was due to an error on our part, we will refund you for the shipping charges that you had to incur. In this case, we recommend that you use UPS Ground. If the charges are higher than what we had incurred in shipping to you, we may require proof of payment. 

Requests for refunds arising from order cancellation will be accepted and a full refund given, if goods have not already been shipped. A request should be emailed to Muqueem Sports at sales@muqueemsports.com. If the order has not yet been shipped, Muqueem Sports will refund the full amount. If goods have been shipped, then customer will receive the refund only upon receipt of the shipped goods in original condition and packaging.
