Refund Policy

Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) that you’ve received, you may return the item(s) within 30 days. Please note that we will only accept goods that have not been used and in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to reject any goods received in unsatisfactory condition and will apply shipping charges for having to reship the goods back to the customer.

Upon receipt of the goods in satisfactory condition, we will apply a full refund on your credit card. Shipping charges in this case, is the responsibility of the customer.

If, for instance, your dissatisfaction was due to an error on our part, we will refund you for the shipping charges that you had to incur. In this case, we recommend that you use UPS Ground. If the charges are higher than what we had incurred in shipping to you, we may require proof of payment.

Requests for refunds arising from order cancellation will be accepted and a full refund given, if goods have not already been shipped. A request should be emailed to Muqueem Sports. If the order has not yet been shipped, Muqueem Sports will refund the full amount. If goods have been shipped, then customer will receive the refund only upon receipt of the shipped goods in original condition and packaging.
